شروط الاستخدام

إذا استخدمت تطبيق «خويّي» فأنت توافق على هالشروط. كتبناها بكلام بسيط، وتمشي معها سياسة الخصوصية.
العمر
«خويّي» لأي أحد.
صحتك
خويّي مو علاج ولا استشارة طبية. هو تطبيق عناية بالنفس تربّي فيه حوار صغير.
إذا انت أو أحد قريب منك في خطر، اتصل بالطوارئ الحين. طوارئ: 911، أو 997 في بعض المناطق. أرقام ثانية في صفحة تواصل معنا.
حسابك
التطبيق يسوي لك حساب بدون اسم ولا إيميل. إذا ما ربطت حسابك بـ Apple أو Google ثم حذفت التطبيق أو غيّرت جوالك، ما نقدر نرجّع لك خويّك. المزاج والمذكرات ما توصلنا، فما نقدر نرجّعها بأي حال.
الاشتراك
- «اشتراك خويّي» اشتراك واحد، شهري أو سنوي، وتدفعه عن طريق Apple أو Google.
- السعر يبان في صفحة الاشتراك وفي المتجر قبل ما تدفع.
- إذا كان فيه أيام مجانية، تتحوّل لاشتراك مدفوع إذا ما ألغيتها قبل ما تخلص.
- يتجدد تلقائياً لين تلغيه من إعدادات المتجر، وتقدر تلغيه أي وقت. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد الجاي، والمدة اللي دفعتها تكمل.
- استرجاع الفلوس يمشي على سياسة Apple أو Google، لأنهم هم اللي يقبضون.
- إذا وقف الاشتراك، كل شي اشتريته يبقى لك ولخويّك. اللي يوقف هو الجديد اللي يفتحه الاشتراك.
- العناية والرحلات والخويان وصفحة المساعدة مجانية دايم.
التمر والأغراض
التمر تجمعه باللعب بس. ما له قيمة فلوس، وما ينباع ولا ينشرى ولا ينحوّل لأحد. الأغراض تبقى لخويّك داخل التطبيق.
الخويان
- الكروت والأهداف المشتركة من قوائم جاهزة، ما فيه كتابة حرة.
- تقدر تشيل أي خوي أو تحظره متى ما بغيت.
- اسمك المستعار واسم خويّك يشوفهم خويانك. لا تحط فيهم إساءة ولا اسم أحد ولا رقمه.
- لا تحاول تخترق السيرفر أو تزعج غيرك. إذا صار، نقدر نوقف الحساب.
إذا نزّلته من App Store
تنطبق عليك كمان اتفاقية الترخيص القياسية من Apple.
كما هو
نقدّم التطبيق كما هو. نحاول يشتغل دايم، بس ما نتعهد إنه ما يوقف أبداً أو إنه بدون أخطاء. ومسؤوليتنا في حدود اللي يفرضه النظام.
إذا تغيّرت الشروط
نحدّث هالصفحة ونغيّر التاريخ اللي فوق. إذا كمّلت تستخدم التطبيق بعدها، فأنت موافق على الجديد. تقدر توقف وتحذف حسابك أي وقت.

هالشروط تخضع لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

By using the Khuwayyi app you agree to these terms. We wrote them in plain words, and they go with the privacy policy.
Age
Khuwayyi is for anyone.
Your health
Khuwayyi is not treatment or medical advice. It is a self-care app where you raise a baby camel.
If you or someone near you is in danger, call emergency services now. Emergency: 911, or 997 in some regions. More numbers are on the support page.
Your account
The app makes you an account with no name or email. If you have not linked it to Apple or Google and you delete the app or change phones, we cannot bring your camel back. Mood and the journal never reach us, so we cannot bring those back in any case.
The plan
- The Khuwayyi plan is one plan, monthly or yearly, paid through Apple or Google.
- The price shows on the plan screen and in the store before you pay.
- If it starts with free days, they turn into a paid plan unless you cancel before they end.
- It renews automatically until you cancel it in your store settings, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the time you paid for runs to its end.
- Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policy, because they take the payment.
- If the plan ends, everything you bought stays with you and your camel. What stops is the new things the plan opens.
- Care, trips, friends and the help page are always free.
Dates and items
You earn dates only by playing. They have no money value and cannot be sold, bought or moved to anyone. Items stay with your camel inside the app.
Friends
- Cards and shared goals come from fixed lists; there is no free text.
- You can remove or block any friend at any time.
- Your friends see your nickname and your camel's name. Do not put anything offensive in them, or anyone's name or number.
- Do not try to break into the server or harass others. If that happens, we may stop the account.
If you got it from the App Store
Apple's standard licence agreement also applies to you.
As it is
We offer the app as it is. We try to keep it working, but we do not promise it will never stop or never have errors, and we are liable only as far as the law requires.
If these terms change
We update this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms. You can stop and delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
