عندك سؤال أو شي ما زبط في «خويّي»؟ راسلنا، واكتب لنا نوع جوالك (آيفون أو أندرويد).
بغيت أغيّر جوالي
- في جوالك الحالي: الإعدادات ← حسابك ← اربط حساب (Apple / Google).
- في الجوال الجديد: نزّل خويّي، وبعد البداية روح لنفس المكان وسجّل دخول بنفس الحساب.
- يسألك إذا تبي ترجع لخويّك القديم. اختر الرجوع له.
في أندرويد نقدر نرجّع الحساب المربوط بقوقل بس. والمزاج والمذكرات والأهداف ما ينقلها الربط لأنها ما توصلنا، فصدّرها قبل من صدّر مذكراتي ومزاجي وأهدافي في نفس المكان.
دفعت والاشتراك ما ظهر
افتح صفحة الاشتراك واضغط استعادة المشتريات. تأكد إنك داخل بنفس حساب Apple أو Google اللي دفعت فيه.
أبي ألغي الاشتراك
الاشتراك ينلغى من إعدادات المتجر، مو من داخل التطبيق. افتح صفحة الاشتراك واضغط الاشتراك في إعدادات المتجر، أو افتح اشتراكات Apple أو Google Play في جوالك. كل شي اشتريته يبقى لك بعد ما يوقف الاشتراك.
الإشعارات
وقت التذكير تغيّره من الإعدادات ← التذكير اليومي. وإذا ما توصلك إشعارات أبداً، شيّك إن إشعارات خويّي شغّالة في إعدادات جوالك.

الخطوات في صفحة حذف الحساب.
تحتاج أحد تكلمه؟
إذا انت أو أحد قريب منك في خطر، اتصل بالطوارئ الحين.
إذا ضاقت عليك، كلّم أحد. هذي أرقام في السعودية:
- طوارئ: 911، أو 997 في بعض المناطق
- 937: الاستشارات الطبية، وزارة الصحة
- 920033360: المركز الوطني لتعزيز الصحة النفسية (الأوقات تختلف)
خويّي مو علاج ولا استشارة طبية.
Contact us
Have a question, or something in Khuwayyi did not work? Email us and tell us your phone type (iPhone or Android).
I want to change phones
- On your current phone: Settings → Your account → Link an account (Apple / Google).
- On the new phone: install Khuwayyi, and after the start go to the same place and sign in with the same account.
- It asks whether you want to go back to your old camel. Choose to go back.
On Android, only Google-linked accounts can be restored. Linking does not move mood, journal or goals because they never reach us, so export them first with Export my journal, mood and goals in the same place.
I paid and the plan did not show
Open the plan screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account you paid with.
I want to cancel the plan
The plan is cancelled in your store settings, not inside the app. Open the plan screen and tap Membership in store settings, or open your Apple or Google Play subscriptions on your phone. Everything you bought stays with you after the plan ends.
Notifications
Change the reminder time in Settings → Daily reminder. If notifications never arrive, check that Khuwayyi's notifications are on in your phone's settings.
I want to delete my account
