احذف حسابك في خويّي

هذي الصفحة تشرح كيف تحذف حسابك في تطبيق «خويّي»، وكل اللي عندنا عنه.
أول شي: الاشتراك
إذا عندك «اشتراك خويّي»، حذف الحساب ما يوقف الدفع. الاشتراك ينلغى من إعدادات المتجر، فألغه هناك قبل.
الحذف من داخل التطبيق
- افتح الإعدادات من الشاشة الرئيسية.
- انزل لين حسابك.
- اضغط احذف حسابي.
- اقرا اللي يطلع لك، ثم اضغط إيه، احذف كل شي.
وش ينحذف
- من سيرفرنا، وقتها: خويّك وملفك، وجهازك، والحساب المربوط، والخويان والحظر، والكروت، والأهداف المشتركة وتشييكها، وفتح التطبيق، وعدد الإشعارات، وعدّادات الحماية المربوطة فيك. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
- من RevenueCat: سجل مشترياتك عندهم. إذا ما ضبط من أول مرة، نعيد المحاولة كل يوم لين ينحذف.
- من جوالك: كل بيانات خويّي فيه، ومنها المزاج والمذكرات والأهداف. إذا تبيها، صدّرها قبل.
اللي يبقى: سجل الدفع عند Apple أو Google، لأنه عندهم مو عندنا. ونسخة الاسترجاع في قاعدة البيانات عند Cloudflare تبقى لين ٣٠ يوم ثم تختفي.
إذا حذفت التطبيق قبل
إذا حسابك مربوط بـ Apple أو Google: نزّل خويّي من جديد، وسجّل دخول بنفس الحساب من الإعدادات، وارجع لخويّك، ثم احذف الحساب بالخطوات اللي فوق.
إذا ما كان مربوط: ما عندنا اسمك ولا إيميلك ولا أي شي نعرف فيه إن الحساب لك، فما نقدر نحذفه بطلب بدون ما نخاطر نحذف حساب غيرك. كل اللي عندنا عنه ينحذف تلقائياً بعد ١٢ شهر من آخر مرة وصل فيها التطبيق للسيرفر. وإذا عندك سؤال، راسلنا.

Delete your Khuwayyi account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Khuwayyi app, and everything we hold about it.
First: the plan
If you have the Khuwayyi plan, deleting the account does not stop the payments. Cancel the membership in your store settings first.
Delete inside the app
- Open Settings from the home screen.
- Scroll to Your account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read what it says, then tap Yes, delete everything.
What is deleted
- From our server, at once: your camel and profile, your device, the linked account, friends and blocks, cards, shared goals and their ticks, app opens, the notification count and the abuse counters tied to you. Details are in the privacy policy.
- From RevenueCat: your purchase records there. If that fails the first time, we retry every day until it is gone.
- From your phone: all of Khuwayyi's data on it, including mood, journal and goals. Export them first if you want them.
What stays: the payment record at Apple or Google, because it is theirs, not ours. And the database's restore history at Cloudflare keeps a copy for up to 30 days, then it is gone.
If you already deleted the app
If your account is linked to Apple or Google: install Khuwayyi again, sign in with the same account from Settings, go back to your camel, then delete the account with the steps above.
If it is not linked: we hold no name, email or anything else that shows the account is yours, so we cannot delete it on request without risking deleting someone else's. Everything we hold about it is deleted automatically 12 months after the app last reached our server. If you have a question, email us.
