هذي الصفحة تشرح وش يعرف تطبيق «خويّي» عنك، ووين يروح، ومتى ينحذف. «خويّي» تطبيق عناية بالنفس تربّي فيه حوار صغير.
باختصار:
- مزاجك ومذكراتك وأهدافك الخاصة تنحفظ في جوالك، وما توصلنا أبداً.
- ما نطلب اسمك ولا إيميلك ولا رقمك ولا موقعك.
- ما فيه إعلانات، وما نتتبعك بين التطبيقات، وما نبيع بياناتك لأحد.
- تقدر تحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق، وكل شي عندنا ينحذف.
اللي ما يوصلنا أبداً
تسجيل المزاج وكلمات الشعور، والمذكرات، وأهدافك وتشييكها (إلا الهدف المشترك مع صاحب، تحت)، ووقت التذكير، وملخص الأسبوع. هذي كلها في جوالك، وما فيه أي جزء من التطبيق يرسلها للسيرفر.
نسخة جوالك الاحتياطية (iCloud أو Google) إذا كانت شغّالة عندك ممكن تنسخ ملفات التطبيق مع باقي جوالك. هذي النسخة لك وتحت إعدادات جوالك، واحنا ما نقدر نقراها.
اللي يوصل سيرفرنا، وليش
عشان تقدر تضيف خويانك ويشوفون خويّك وترسلون كروت، ينحفظ هذا في سيرفرنا:

| فتح التطبيق | مرة في اليوم: التاريخ، ونوع الجهاز، وهل الاشتراك شغّال. عشان نعرف كم واحد يرجع بعد يوم وأسبوع وشهر. بدون مزاج ولا مذكرات ولا أي شي ثاني. |
| عدد الإشعارات | كم إشعار أرسلنا لك في اليوم، عشان ما نزيد عن الحد. |
| عدّادات الحماية | عشان نوقف الإساءة: عند التسجيل، بصمة باتجاه واحد لعنوان الإنترنت (IP)، وعدّادات ثانية مربوطة برقم ملفك. كلها تنحذف خلال يومين. |
| حذف معلّق | إذا حذفت حسابك وما ضبط حذف سجل اشتراكك عند RevenueCat من أول مرة، نحفظ رقم ملفك هنا ونعيد المحاولة كل يوم لين ينحذف. |
ما نجمع اسمك الحقيقي ولا إيميلك ولا رقم جوالك ولا موقعك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا معرّف الإعلانات. التطبيق ما يطلب الموقع ولا الكاميرا ولا المايك.
الشركات اللي تساعدنا
- Cloudflare: يشغّل سيرفرنا وقاعدة البيانات وهالموقع.
- RevenueCat: يدير الاشتراك. يوصله رقم ملفك عندنا (مو اسمك) وسجل مشترياتك من Apple أو Google.
- Expo وApple وGoogle: يوصّلون الإشعارات. يوصلهم رمز الإشعارات ونص الإشعار، مثل اسم صاحبك المستعار والكرت اللي أرسله.
- Expo: يوصّل تحديثات التطبيق. لما تفتح التطبيق يسأل Expo إذا فيه تحديث، ويوصله نوع جوالك ورقم نسخة التطبيق ورقم عشوائي لهالتثبيت. ما يوصله مزاجك ولا يومياتك ولا أهدافك.
- Apple وGoogle: المتجر والدفع، وتسجيل الدخول إذا ربطت حسابك.
ما نشارك بياناتك مع أحد غيرهم، وما نبيعها، وما نستخدمها للإعلانات.
متى ينحذف
- الكروت: بعد ٣٠ يوم.
- تشييك الهدف المشترك: بعد ١٤ يوم.
- بصمة عنوان الإنترنت وعدّادات الحماية: خلال يومين.
- كل الباقي: لما تحذف حسابك، أو بعد ١٢ شهر من آخر مرة وصل فيها التطبيق للسيرفر.
بعد الحذف، تبقى نسخة الاسترجاع في قاعدة البيانات عند Cloudflare لين ٣٠ يوم ثم تختفي. هذي خاصية في Cloudflare ما تنطفي.
حقوقك
- تصدير: من «الإعدادات» ثم «حسابك» ثم «صدّر مذكراتي ومزاجي وأهدافي» تاخذ نسخة من اللي في جوالك.
- حذف: من «الإعدادات» ثم «حسابك» ثم «احذف حسابي». الخطوات كاملة في صفحة حذف الحساب.
- أي طلب ثاني (تشوف أو تصحح اللي عندنا): راسلنا على الإيميل تحت.
العمر والصحة
خويّي مو علاج ولا استشارة طبية. وما نشوف مزاجك ولا مذكراتك.

This page explains what the Khuwayyi app knows about you, where it goes and when it is deleted. Khuwayyi is a self-care app where you raise a baby camel.
In short:
- Your mood, journal and personal goals are saved on your phone and never reach us.
- We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location.
- No ads, no tracking across apps, and we never sell your data.
- You can delete your account inside the app, and everything we hold is deleted.
What never reaches us
Mood check-ins and feeling words, the journal, your goals and ticks (except a goal shared with a friend, below), your reminder time and the weekly look-back. These are on your phone, and no part of the app sends them to our server.
Your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google), if you have it on, may copy the app's files along with the rest of your phone. That backup is yours, under your phone's settings, and we cannot read it.
What reaches our server, and why
So you can add friends, they can see your camel and you can send each other cards, our server keeps:

| Your device | A hash of the secret key your phone uses to talk to our server, the device type (iPhone or Android), app version, language, notification token, and when it first and last connected. So your phone can talk to the server and notifications reach you. |
| A linked account | If you link Apple or Google: the provider and a keyed hash (HMAC) of your account number there. We never keep the number itself, and we do not ask for your name or email. So you can get your camel back on a new phone. |
| Friends | Who is friends with whom, and since when. So you can visit each other's tents. |
| Blocks | Who you blocked. So nothing from them reaches you. |
| Cards | Which card (from a fixed list; there is no free text), from whom, to whom, the day, and when it was seen. Deleted after 30 days. |
| Shared goals | The goal (from a fixed list), you and your friend, and its status. So you can see each other. |
| Shared goal ticks | Whether you ticked the shared goal on a given day. Only that friend sees it, and it is deleted after 14 days. |
| App opens | Once a day: the date, the device type, and whether the plan is on. So we can count how many people come back after a day, a week and a month. Nothing about your mood, journal or anything else. |
| Notification count | How many notifications we sent you that day, so we keep under the limit. |
| Abuse counters | To stop abuse: at sign-up, a one-way hash of your internet (IP) address, and other counters keyed to your profile number. All are deleted within two days. |
| Pending deletion | If you delete your account and removing your purchase record at RevenueCat fails the first time, we keep your profile number here and retry daily until it is gone. |
We do not collect your real name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or advertising ID. The app does not ask for location, the camera or the microphone.
Companies that help us
- Cloudflare runs our server, the database and this website.
- RevenueCat manages the subscription. It receives your profile number with us (not your name) and your purchase records from Apple or Google.
- Expo, Apple and Google deliver notifications. They receive the notification token and the notification text, such as a friend's nickname and the card they sent.
- Expo delivers app updates. When you open the app, it asks Expo whether there is an update and sends your phone's platform, the app version and a random number for this install. It does not receive your mood, journal or goals.
- Apple and Google run the store and payments, and sign-in if you link an account.
We share your data with no one else, never sell it and never use it for ads.
When it is deleted
- Cards: after 30 days.
- Shared goal ticks: after 14 days.
- The internet address hash and abuse counters: within two days.
- Everything else: when you delete your account, or 12 months after the app last reached our server.
After deletion, the database's restore history at Cloudflare keeps a copy for up to 30 days, then it is gone. Cloudflare keeps this history on every database and it cannot be turned off.
Your rights
- Export: Settings, then Your account, then Export my journal, mood and goals gives you a copy of what is on your phone.
- Delete: Settings, then Your account, then Delete my account. Full steps are on the account deletion page.

Age and health
Khuwayyi is not treatment or medical advice. We never see your mood or journal.

We update this page and change the date at the top.
